Nike posted on Instagram about their new Nike Air Zoom Tempo. Nike says the new running shoe will help improve your training and help you earn PRs. In the comments of the post I saw Nike answering questions about the shoe and other products or questions the consumers may have. They answered questions about the shoe and the price and when other releases for other shoes will come out. Nike really wants to be personal on their social media and provide answers for their customers. They know they are the best when it comes to sneakers and especially running shoes and they don’t want to lose that to their customers.
